In addition, you will learn what you need to do in order to protect yourself from this through a quick audit on your mindset and expectations.
Because... if you’ve been following the ‘wrong people’ online you may be thinking there is some magic “Passive Income System” you can join or follow that will make this whole make money online thing seem easy.
Although the concepts can be simple, growing a business online through internet marketing is difficult and takes hard work.
"Hard work" doesn't sell and the 'fake gurus' have never been through the process of building a niche authority site... They just regurgitate false promises and tactics they read on a forum and never tested.
Mix this with some of the world's best copywriters and high affiliate payouts and you have the recipe for a 'High Ticket' product that will leave you with more questions than answers and a lot less money in your pocket.
You see.... Passive income and ‘money getting systems’ that are touted by fake-ass gurus who talk a big game are false idols and marketing ploys designed to bypass your logical mind and trigger your irrational and emotional mind to purchase.
Installing the belief that there is some sort of ‘system’ out there or ‘trick’ or ‘secret’ that will get you the lifestyle you desire, fast and with zero effort and no time required is DANGEROUS at best.
People using ‘Mansions in Beverly Hills’ talking about ‘books and knowledge’ while showing images of Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s and Rolls Royce’s are a perfect example of this.
Anyone standing on a tropical beach talking about their nomadic lifestyle and their ‘marketing training and marketing system’ are the next most common example of this.
Finally, anyone who is publishing their ‘Monthly income reports’ should be approached with extreme caution and skepticism.
These are all mindset fucks that are designed to make you feel like you ‘need what they have’ by making you feel pain through realizing the ‘lack’ in your life.
So what is the truth?
It takes strategic effort and there is no ‘system’ out there that can duplicate or replicate or magically get you a mansion in the Hills of Beverly filled with supercars.
Your mindset needs to grow strong enough to ignore those B.S. YouTube ads and email pitches you are bound to encounter.
You need to protect your inbox and get quick to use the ‘Unsubscribe’ button and setup a spammable gmail account to get yourself off marketing email lists…
You also need to be ready to take on the learning curve and embrace trial and error as your greatest teacher….
Here are two quick videos I’ve created for you to help you really ‘get it’ at a deep level.
And… Where do you get the kind of persistence and perseverance to make it through the learning curve and to keep going after bouts of trial and error?
You need a powerful reason why you are doing this!
This may very well be the most important piece of the whole puzzle... And as one mentor taught me, "When the 'why' is big enough, the 'how' will appear..."
Your why needs to be much bigger than making money… the more personal the better.
Why is it 100% REQUIRED for you to succeed at this?
The answer to that question holds the power to make this all work for you.
You also need to shift your focus from ‘getting money’ to being of service to the audience you can best serve!
We will talk more about your audience, soon… but really, you need to make the mental shift to focus more on giving of yourself than trying to get from people.
If you just ‘dabble’ you will fail… I 100% guarantee that…
This video explains it better:
Having a morning routine will help you greatly, too… Start every day off with intention!
Having tools and resources to ‘shift’ your energy when you have challenges… I prefer time in nature, whether it is walking, hiking, surfing, snowboarding… Doesn’t really matter.
I know this has been a long post and I appreciate your time...
If it seems like I've really been 'beating up' this concept, you are right. That has 100% been my goal!
Strengthening your mindset, staying focused on your 'Why' while eliminating distractions and creating routines that serve you and 'boost' you is the trick, for sure.
